Inspires by the minimalist philosophy, the first %Arabica flagship store was opened in Kyoto, Japan, in September 2014. Much like Sandang Studios, the business started from scratch, driven by passion and a desire to revolutionize the market.
The Brief
On December 2021, %arabica arrives in Indonesia and opens their first store in Ashta, District 8. When searching for a staff uniform, they wanted pieces that reflected their minimalist style and were durable enough to withstand the daily washing and coffee stains their jobs entailed.
The Uniforms
Finding the right fabric that matched a specific light color was a challenge until our Short Sleeve Baristas and Barista Trousers were successfully crafted for %Arabica baristas and wait staff and are now worn in all 5 of their locations.
